Product Process

1. Trough-type cable trays are fully enclosed cable trays suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables, and other control cables for highly sensitive systems. They effectively shield control cables from interference and protect cables in heavily corrosive environments. Trough-type cable trays are available with four surface treatment options: spray coating, galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, and fireproofing. These options are suitable for different environments, but require special anti-corrosion treatment in heavily corrosive environments.

2. Ladder-type and Tray-type Cable Trays: Ladder-type and tray-type cable trays feature attractive design, simple structure, easy installation, excellent heat dissipation, and excellent air permeability. They are suitable for both power and control cable installation. They can also be used with partitions to simultaneously lay power and control cables on the same cable tray. Ladder-type and tray-type cable trays have different surface treatment options. Trough-type cable trays are available with different surface treatment options, but require special anti-corrosion treatment in heavily corrosive environments.

Surface Treatment

1. Hot-dip galvanized cable tray (metal trunking) is stamped from 0.8-3.0mm thick hot-dip galvanized sheet metal. It is generally suitable for use indoors and outdoors in mildly corrosive environments.
2. Electrostatically sprayed cable tray is stamped from 0.8-3.0mm thick steel sheet metal. The surface is treated with an electrostatic spray coating for corrosion protection. It is generally suitable for use indoors and outdoors in mildly to moderately corrosive environments.
3. Fire-resistant cable tray is stamped from 0.8-3.0mm thick hot-dip galvanized sheet metal. The surface undergoes a secondary corrosion protection treatment, providing a double layer of protection and suitable for use indoors and outdoors in moderately corrosive environments.
4. Hot-dip galvanized cable tray is stamped from 1.5-3.0mm thick steel sheet metal. The surface is then hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection, achieving a surface coating of up to 65µm. It is suitable for use indoors and outdoors in moderately to severely corrosive environments. 5. Aluminum Alloy Cable Trays are constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy profiles, anodized on the surface, and assembled using stainless steel fasteners or rivets. These cables feature a simple structure, stylish design, lightweight construction, long service life, and easy installation. They are suitable for all environments, particularly coastal areas, high humidity, and corrosive environments, where their unique corrosion resistance is particularly evident.

Cable Tray Technical Requirements:

Made of domestically produced high-quality steel plates or related materials; complying with standards such as JB/T10216, CECS31, GB/T20878-2007, and JT/T1034-2016.

Cable Tray Ordering Information

1. Product Specifications: Please select and fill in the specification number in this manual.
2. Cable Tray Length: Available in 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m, and 6m lengths. Unless otherwise specified, cable trays are manufactured in 2-meter sections. Cable Tray Connection Hole Configuration: Two holes are punched at each end for heights up to 100mm (inclusive); four holes are punched at each end for heights over 150mm (inclusive). Please specify special requirements. Cable Tray Connectors (except aluminum alloy) can be used internally or externally.
3. Surface Corrosion Protection: Galvanized steel, electroplated colored zinc, hot-dip galvanizing, phosphate-coated and spray-coated, and fireproof cable trays are available depending on the application environment.
4. Cable Tray Type: Tongyi brand cable trays offer various types of corrosion protection, including trough-type, tray-type, and ladder-type, depending on the application. 5. Delivery Time: Generally, it takes 3 to 7 days. Large quantities of cable trays and accessories may require slightly longer delivery times.
